Users are strictly limited to one account and entry per person. Creating multiple logins or submitting duplicate entries is prohibited. Any violation of this rule will be taken very seriously and will result in immediate account termination, disqualification, and the forfeiture of any prizes.

Laxmi Hyundai and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform and related services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Winner Selection & Tie-Breaker Policy

Winners will be determined based on the highest cumulative points scored during the tournament. The top three (3) participants on the final leaderboard will be declared the Grand Prize winners.

In the event of a tie for any winning position, a lucky draw will be conducted among the tied participants to determine the final winner(s) for the respective position. The decision of Laxmi Hyundai regarding winner selection and tie-break resolution shall be final and binding.
